Insurance & Fees
We participate with most vision service plans as well as most major medical plans. The fees are based on a combination of the level of skill and training required for the service provided, the time involved with direct patient contact, and indirect time associated with review of laboratory data, prior medical records and reporting of findings to your referring doctor. The office staff will be happy to discuss fees with you and fully explain billing and reimbursement procedures.

- Eyemed
- Optichoice (a division of Davis Vision)
- School Claims
- VBA (Vision Benefits of America)
- VSP (Vision Service Plan)
We strongly recommend you verify your vision benefits with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling your appointment.
If you find we are not a current provider of your vision coverage we will be happy to print you a detailed, itemized receipt of your charges in order for you to submit the services for reimbursement from your insurance company.
